Our staff offer 24 hour care and have been selected for their caring ability and experience.
We aim to offer the best possible attention to our residents, enabling them to enjoy their stay with us as much as possible.
Our staff undergo regular training both mandatory and non-mandatory, including the skills for care induction programme for carers, and all staff are encouraged to undertake the relevant NVQ qualification for their role.
Our kitchens are staffed by qualified chefs/cooks aided by trained assistants, all of whom undergo food hygiene and other relevant training.
All of our managers have either obtained or are studying for the Registered Managers Awards/NVQ 4 qualification.
